Better late than never.......My first BBB

This is like way late, But over the holidays I made my first BBB. Some of the pics are missing though. Where they are I don't know.

Here's the Butt butterflied.

Like I said I don't know what happened to the rest of the pics. I'm missing the ones of it in the cure and in the smoker.

The fry test.

On the slicer ready to get sliced up.

All sliced up and packed ready for the freezer.

I was pleased with the results but I think it could be better. Next time I will try a different cure like maple brown sugar.
