Not a wine drinker  much at all. Soooo what would you have with some Asiago, Goulda, Dubliner and all or just beer. More  smoking cheese this weekend between a city wide garage sale and turkey hunting. Thanks for any info

I would skip the wine and go for the Tennesse whiskey! But that's just me

I am a huge fan of Col Di Sasso...It is a blend of Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon from Tuscany, Italy. At around $8 a bottle, for an import, it is hard to beat. I started drinking this 15 years ago and love it. It appeals to both wine Newbies and those that drink wine on a regular basis. I have recommended this to many people and have yet to have a complaint. Here is a review from the Reverse Wine Snob...JJ

The 2010 Banfi Col Di Sasso Toscana  begins with aromas of black cherry, cola, a little spice and a touch of smoke. This easy to drink and enjoyable wine tastes quite nice and features sweet cherry, plum and smoky overtones with soft tannins and good acidity. All this makes it a great wine to have on hand as it will pair nicely with lots of different foods. On the medium length, dry finish the fruit turns a bit sour and some earthy notes add a nice contrast to the fruit. This wine might be even better on day 2. A solid performer at a fabulous price!
