I love my Johnsonville sizziling sausage grill…it works great just as it is described! So I always wanting to up my meatball skills..keeping the correct temps for safety and more the better. I used the johnsonville beer brats and tested how the machine would do making meatballs. I tested 2 brats
I cut the casing off of them and divided into 4 equal ones. Hand rolling them into golf ball side and put them in the machine with the full size brats. Worked perfect. And for safety temps leave the center brat whole or make sure the temp probe goes into a meatball centered for correct temp readings.
