Nothing special just a bone-in turkey breast dusted with Kinders Buttery Poultry rub and Lemon Pepper.Sandwiches and salads will be the primary use and the carcass for a little stock.Been a while since I posted much of anything.

Into the MES at 270 with a 6" tube of char/hickory dust in the mailbox until an IT of 160 and then finished up on the grill to crisp up the skin which was immediately eaten.

Sure looks great Norm and I have a couple isn the freezer that I caught on sale. You're making me want to do a freezer dive! The wife is also a Lemon pepper fan.

We stocked up right after TG. The whole turkeys were .39/lb and the breasts .99/lb so we grabbed two of each.
