A new butcher just opened by my town. It’s called Wild Fork and it’s nice market. Picked up a couple packs of Berkshire pork steaks amazing. I marinated them in garlic, rosemary, thyme and olive oil. Then I put some rub let them sit for a bit and seared them up. I cooked them to about 140 and they were amazing. Forgot to take the plate pick was starving lol.
