well, started it, using serranos, tabascos, cayenne, garden salsa, hot wax and sweet nanners. Now i know some will say it should be ALL one type of pepper, but i have pics of ristras using all sorts of different peppers, AND other vegatbles, like garlic.

I'll agree with your 1st 2 but not the 3rd. My sister makes ristras out of all diff peppers and hangs them on her front door.
