  5. Hello and welcome, the 5 day course will help you get started, also browse through the forums and threads, If you need any help just ask.

    If you are anxious to get started, after you season it up, chicken is cheep and easy. That way you can check out your new toy and make sure it is doing what is is supposed to, and let you get the feel of your new smoker.

    Thanks for the replies, the information on this site is endless!  I seasoned the smoker and am will be cooking two slabs of ribs tomorrow for the first time.  I feel like I am hooked and I haven't even started!!  Happy Memorial Day everyone!
