I was inspired by someone else who just did a beer can smoke... I've always loved beer can chickens on the grill, so I couldn't wait to try one smoked as well. This has to be the best chicken I have ever made. Crispy perfect skin and fall off the bone moist meat. I used apple chips for the smoke. I drank down half the beer, and then filled the can back up with Soy, Teriyaki, Worchester and Red Vinegar. Just did the outside with a dusting of Paprika, Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder and Parsley. This was done last night. I couldn't get the camera quick enough before my fiance started to hack away at it.
