Howdy Ya'll! I have been reading different posts and using tips and advice that I have picked up on here for a couple years, and finally decided to join so that I could join in on some of the discussions. I do quite a bit of jerky and sausage smoking, plus mess around with ribs and chicken and such.
I use a Cascade Smoker custom pellet burning reverse flow for the big jobs, and a GMG Danny Boone for small batches.
Oh, and I live in central WA.

Welcome, Jesse. Being new to the board I can say I don't know much, but I like what I read on here. Some great advice and friendly bunch.

Jump in! The conversations are fun because everyone brings something new.

I found this board by way of a fishing discussion board.

Good morning and welcome to the forum from a muggy wet day here in East Texas, and the best site on the web. Lots of great people with tons of information on just about everything.

Hey Gary. Thanx for the welcome. It's a balmy 9 degrees here this morning. Glad I am smoking inside under the new exhaust hood! Got 25 pounds of landyaeger going this morning.
