Beef Taco's

Have not used the Blackstone in a while so thought Taco's.

Some beef I get at Aldi marinaded in some bitter orange left over from one of @chilerelleno recipes and grated some frozen pineapple chunks to tenderize.



One and half hours later drained and seasoned with some Hardcore.



Grilled with some onions.



Some add-on's. @texomakid La Michoacana Meat Market in Sherman makes some sauces that are very good. This my favorite. Goes with everything. Really good on eggs.



Plated



Finish with Tequila.

It was good but I forgot I had some Trader Joe's chili lime that I probably like better. The both have a really nice chili and lime flavor.

Just some chilled Tequila. I really like this brand. Only thing I don't like is the bottle is about 3' tall. Hard to find a place to stick it.

Once you have Mexican crema pretty hard to go back to that stuff they sell in the store. So much more flavor!

Nothing like the Blackstone to get a nice char. That would never happen without cooking them to death in a pan. This liquid evaporates fast on the griddle.

Oh yeah. Great flavor and really smooth. I get it at Total wine. Buy the big bottle because of the savings. The red bottle suppose to be even better but more money than I want to spend. What was that brand of cheese you smoke with. I remember Target had it but don't see it listed now. I just ran out of cheese.

I been mixing it with diet ginger beer lately.
