Got a nice price on beef spare ribs at my butchers. Thought they would by nice for shabbas lunch. Smoked them all Friday and put in fridge overnight. By that point bones fell out, so I just sliced for lunch. No Saturday pictures as it was shabbas, but Sunday dinner was different. Took slices and popped under broiler to heat up with some homemade bbq sauce. Ended up with what tasted like giant burned ends as slices. Pretty tasty. Even my 95 yr old grandmother-in-law liked them.
