This week, again, Beef shoulder roast is $4.99/lb. Last time they had these it became my new favorite beef cut to grind for burgers and smash burgers. I also get an extra for low and slow for ropa vieja and mama's famous roll your own shredded burritos/.
Also for the weekend sale (down here) pork cubes for stew @$.99/lb, never tried them for pork sausage, but might take a gander.
