Getting ready to do some beef back ribs this weekend, need suggestions for cooking times and sauces
for beef ribs, for a mop, i like to use apple juice, mixed with some of my rub. or, i use apple juice mixed with a bit of beer. what kind of beef ribs you going to smoke? i usually smoke beef chuck ribs. those cook a bit quicker than the big racks, as they are smaller.
probably back ribs, maybe some short ribs too. hoping to try some new things
