Beef Ribs for the fourth

    hello everyone

    yesterday i did a few beef ribs and a chicken and some sausages and salmon and beans for the fourth of July and as always i cooked way to much this was my first time doing beef ribs i used the 3-2-1 method they turned out pretty good i used down yonder bbq rub on the ribs and at the end of the cook i added a sauce

    the chicken i rubbed the bird with dybbq rub lemonpepper and dill i did this one whole

    the salmon i caught the coho on July 2 09 and cooked them up in the smoker the fish where kinda on the small side i used the same dybbq rub as i used on the chicken the salmon was good but i over cooked it just a little

    the sausages are bratwurst and breakfast links wrapped in bacon i also did a couple of homemade fattys i stuffed them with mozzorella cheese and a little onion

    and finally i did some of dutch's beans here are some pics
