thank you. i bought them separated form the store. its just what they do around here i guess. I did trim these beef ribs they had a bunch of fat cap on them when i bought them especially the Walmart ones. Give them a try!Those look great! I've never smoking beef ribs, I don't see them very often either. Did you separate them to speed up your cook time or is it just better that way? Either way, I'll have to give that a try for sure.
