Beef Ribs for Dad...Challenge Accepted!

heres a tip, if you know of people that get a 1/2, 1/4, or whole beef done, ask them if they use their ribs. a lot of people dont know how to cook them and as a result they dont use them. make friends with those people for sure and you might get beef ribs for a steal... dont ask me though... we use all of ours, and our neighbors as well.
 
Those look great! I've never smoking beef ribs, I don't see them very often either. Did you separate them to speed up your cook time or is it just better that way? Either way, I'll have to give that a try for sure.

thank you. i bought them separated form the store. its just what they do around here i guess. I did trim these beef ribs they had a bunch of fat cap on them when i bought them especially the Walmart ones. Give them a try!
