Was at our local Fareway store... this one in northwest Iowa. Found only here in the midwest, and not open on Sundays.

Those look so good. I have been limited in my BBQ since my oral surgery but I am craving beef ribs or brisket. Soon I will have to go for it.

They are beautiful. I have not made short ribs in years as they were hard to find. My Wife recently found a Butcher that stocks them. When I have the funds I want to get some. I certainly hope they come out that nice...JJ
