There are no good words to describe just how good those ribs look...:emoji_thumbsup:
Thank you! Just bought a rack of short ribs today again... doubt they'll be as good but I'm willing to try!

Looks like they turned out great.

They really look like chuck ribs, not plate ribs. Were they advertised as plate ribs?

Thank you! Yes they were labeled as plate ribs... but no matter what they were, they were sure good! Just bought some short ribs from there yesterday, hope they turn out as good.

They sure are good. Chuck ribs are the only thing we get around here and I love them. Those definitely look like chuck - roundish bones, 4 bones to the plate, etc. Just want to make sure you are not paying plate rib prices for chuck ribs.

Not for sure on price but do know it was in $6 dollar range. Was under $7 lb for sure.

Thinking of curing the short ribs I just bought... beef bacon on a stick! What do ya think?

I know of folks curing pork ribs, but never heard about beef. Give it a try and let us know!

Might just have to do that! Made beef bacon out of a brisket flat a year or so ago and really liked it! Might wait for a different set of ribs or freeze these... go on vacation towards the end of the month and don't want timing issues to come up.
