Any one have a different sauce that the kids may like better??

I have always used the same vinegar sauce for the butts after pulling, 2cps cider vinegar, 4 tb Ketchup, 2tb brn sugar, 4 tees of course salt, 1tb plus of franks hot sauce, 1 tee pepper flakes, 1 tee pepper.

Any Suggestions ?

Butts are on right now along with the brisket. Loins and fatty go on with the beans a little later.

I would think they would like something with more ketchup in it. Kids love the stuff. Something similar to a store bought sauce.

Or you could put a finishing sauce on the meat and let it sit in that for a while. After that you might not want any additional sauce.

Thanks, I will try doubling my portion of Ketchup in the vinegar sauce recipe I use, Just hate to flood the pork with too much of it.

I'll try just a small amount taken from the big original batch first:smile
