Beef Menudo With My Sous Chef !! (Thank You Richie !)

Hey all, made our first menudo tonight... With the help of one of my sous chefs, we got this party started !

First things first, gotta give a shout out to my friend Richie (tropics) for the recipe... Thank you Richie ! If you've never tried menudo, it's real tasty & I'd recommend ya give it a go ! Here's a great place to start if ya wanna give it a try !
