going to try my luck at  a loin tip roast


and rubed down

i'm still not sure what cut of meat this is it's from a beef we ordered it says beef loin tip roast but i always get cuts that no one knows what they are like a pike peak wich i have found out it is a lowwer shank i think and could be tough
smoked it at 225* to 250* for about 4.5hr  i pulled at 140* and it went to 147*

it looks good going to put in the fridge  for tomarrow night



 ran out of gas and had to build a fire  finished in the oven
