Beef ID needed.

Getting ready to break in the Lone Star Grillz IVC with some beef I had in the freezer.
2 small Wagyu short ribs, beef back ribs and some 10-12 pound chunk of beef someone gave me. I'm thinking maybe a chuck roll? It says Iowa Premium and Angus Beef on the cryo bag.

I'm inclined to think you might be right. That or one funky Brisket.

A little hard to tell in the plastic. Could be a Chuck Roll or if the Beef God's are smiling on you...A Rib Eye...JJ

One thing for sure. It's cow meat.

Hard to tell still in the bag. Looks more like a sirloin tip. Might be a ribeye.. Chucks are generally alot bigger than that.
