Just wondering if you guys are using this cut. Makes very good Q and in my humble opinion rates somewhat higher then the brisket.

Brisket packers are hard to come by in my area but the bootom flats are easily foundin 10-13 pound cuts.

Comments please???
 
I've always used it for pit beef, turns out good especially if you have a slicer.
