Is it safe to stack different types of meat(beef, pork, chicken) vertically of each other while being smoked? Will the drippings of one cause adverse affects to the meat below in taste or unsanitary condition?
I tried searching but didn't know how to word the search so i didn't get the results I was looking for. Thanks for the help

I have a gosm and wanted to do some pork and was thinking of doing a Beef roast this weekend!

might want to offset the meats until the rub has set!

Thanks guys I will see how it comes out, gotta find a new rub to try this weekend, well I guess just find one since I don't have one yet it won't really be a new one
