Got the Weber 26 out, just a few coals in a snake. Cherry and Hickory chunks. Weather is perfect 40F zero wind. No rain for a day or so.

Sorry so late but Family started arriving. The wife had a butt end ham in the freezer, so what better than prepare a double-smoked ham for Christmas. (RIP John, Bearcarver)

I made up a simple glaze, brown sugar, mustard, worcestershire, pineapple, cinnamon, ground clove, orange zest.

And here I thought you were going to waste all that ASH seasoning in post #1 Tom. That double smoked looks good. Bear would be proud.
