Hi everybody im Chuck im a new member always seem to find some pretty good advice here. I'm from northern Illinois and i love grilling and smoking. I just recently got an electric smoker/smokehouse only did a few cooks with it. Looking forward to do more i believe its a masterbuilt electric smokehouse is wbat it says on the box. New to the smoking world like i said so i appreciate all and any advice. Thank you have an excellent night
