Put them on at 2:00. Hoping to be ready by 4:00 will be rushing them:(

Beans are made and taters are in the oven.

Yea, that is a rush... hope they get tender for ya. I cook ribs recently from (3) 50~60lb. little wild hogs and I had to cook 'em for 5.5 hours for pull off the bone tender.
 
You would have to run your smoker at 300 to get them done in 2 hours, and then that may not be enough time.

I’d love to cook longer but the wife and mother in law are hungry.
 
Well:) they were done at 4:00. I guess because they were so thin with meat.

Kind of tough but flavor was perfect. Some were very juicy:)

Got heat up to 300 at times but averaged probably 260.
