I am making some baby back ribs that were supposed.to be ready for a friend coming over to watch the sounders play vancouver this afternoon. Well he is not showing up.

is there a way to partially cook them, somewhere before wrapping maybe, and finish the cook later at dinner time? The time difference is about 3 hours they would have to sit. Or is it better to finish them and then reheat them in foil?

Finish the Cook. To reheat use the Broiler, meat 6" away, or 450°F Oven. This will heat and add a nice caramelized finish to the Bark. Wrapping and Cooler Resting is an option, but only cook to an IT of 190° for Bite Off after the rest. For FOTB, an IT of 200° will do it...JJ

Sorry this is so late, Yes. You don't need Smokey Rib Juice all over your Refer or Cooler...JJ
