Yum. Got two kilo buried in the freezer, will do your recipe for sure.

Do you make the mustard? If so is it hot?

we use English mustard when needed, it’s hotter than the american mustard we get here.

No, I don't make the mustard. I just use what you would call American mustard. It is not hot. If you use English style mustard it will have quite a bit of heat!

I’m doing some similar now. I added more Franks and BBQ but less mustard. The wife isn’t a big mustard person.
