Oh mate I see your from Melbourne! I'm in geelong, great looking pork and brisket! that ironbark is beaut, and the bark is awesome! I usually use redgum myself.. 25 bucks a kilo is a GREAT price for wagyu!

I buy my beef from Sardes Quality Meats. They are at the Queen Vic Market. Harry does a great job and brings in real quality. His Angus is excellent. Also brings in Cape Grim meat. Great steaks and especially good beef short ribs.

I let him know when I'm going to be wanting a specific piece of meat, and he makes sure to get it in for me.
