That's why I told my wife if she was going to can stuff learn from someone who's done it!
 
When we can tuna I use my three burner camp chef. Running two pressure cookers at a time. When two are done I throw the third one on while the other two cool and release pressure. Then we repeat. It's just like smoking with a finicky smoker, one guy sits by the cooker watching the pressure gauges and flame at all times. It's another good all day Beer drinking sport!

I'd never use a pressure cooker in my house... Scratch that when I lived on my boat I did use a small one at times. Oh and I do use my cream can for cooking too...

Some people wan't nothing to do with pressure cookers do to stories and pictures like this. They are safe if maintained and used properly. 

Most people are unafraid of their hot water tank and pay it zero attention unless there's no hot water or it leaks. Google hot water tank explosions.
