Lots of posts on grilling shrimp over the years.
Decided to give my take on a simple recipe.
No added seasoning.
The salt and sugar in the Costco reduced sodium bacon was enough seasoning for us.
Bacon wrapped around Costco peeled and deveined 20-25 shrimp.
On the 22" Weber kettle with off set cooking for 10 minutes. Flip and rotate hot side to cooler side for another 10 minutes.
Last couple minutes was directly over the coal to crisp up the bacon.
This my plated shot. Wife made a salad to go with her plate.
Wife said we need to do this more often. That's a win!
