Wrapped the pork loin, this is the first time I did this. Rubbed it first, then added bacon, and then put more rub on. Interested to see how it turns out.

Waiting to see the money shot.... What are you taking it to for IT. Charcoal, Are you adding any wood chunks or wood chips? If so what flavor?

I'll add the money shot when I pull it off (hopefully it'll look good). Charcoal with some apple wood chunks for the smoke. Smells great!
