i did these on the grill last night and turned out awesome, provalon cheese, brown sugar ham, hickory smoked bacon and a nice layer of brown sugar over top.  grill was set around 300 on indirect heat with some hickory chips in the smoke box.
I did my last ones in the smoker but need to try the grill for the next ones. Those look great
