Thank You so much Cajun I'm gonna trry that just as a follow up to the one on the lid. I know you marinated the chicken, but did you still brine it or is that too much for the chicken?
 
I didn't brine it. Came out fine. People say it's a lot better when you brine. Need to try that next. Thanks
