Welcome to SMF. Not many from Russia here. We usually only get spammed from Russia.

Nice build

Welcome , looks like a great build. Post some of your cooks. We all love to learn and share regional recipes

Nice build and nice yard! Welcome to SMF - definitely wanna see what you're doing over there!

Добро пожаловать, Сергей! У тебя отличный коптильня. Если перевод сработает, ты найдёшь здесь много полезной информации о копчении.

Welcome, Sergey! That is a great looking smoker. If the translation works, you will find a lot of good smoking information here.

Nice smokers! Welcome from Iowa! Can't wait to see some cooks on your smoker!

Ryan

Thank you so much for the kind words of encouragement, it means a lot to me. I haven't been here in a while because I thought I was banned! I was making pork ribs and beef ribs, but the latter didn't turn out quite right. I think I didn't cook them long enough, even though the internal temperature was just right!

Give us more details on your cook and we will try to help fix it. You could start a new thread about it too.

Welcome to SMF from Georgia USA and that's a great build you did there.
Beef ribs can be tricky with tenderness and final temp but you'll get it !
