I truly appreciate the kind words but the reality is that they are sitting on a shelf not getting used. I don't need 2 back-up computers so may as well offer one to somebody tho might put it to good use and who better than a young man that's starting a potential culinary career...and the son of a respected forum member.

Thank you Robert for the compliment about the carousel, it's a good feeling and My mustard seeds are spinning with the scalloped potatoes at the samr time. Very cool

I did go for seconds and just the potato dome, my god it was good

And yes I can see using this bowl I have to build a lot of different things under the bacon dome ,
Can you say everything goes better with bacon

It has a perfect round bottom because it is on a stand. I have been looking for this for awhile and found it new at a yard sale for $2.00. The person does not bake . So bonus for me. I can see a few things being made in this. It has 4 different parts to make different layers at the same time for cakes
