Heck yeah man! Do it up! I like to do them on 4 or 5 inch chunks and slice them up afterwards!

Thanks Steve! Steamed probably isn't the correct term. They were wrapped in foil with some butter and seasoning and set as far away from the direct heat to....simmer if you will!😁
