Just got home from an auction and look what I bought for $10!

Its dirty but works just fine. They didn't know how long it had been since its last use. Made my wife and I both happy. Usually she nags at me for going to auctions, but not today.

that is a real nice find.

I think I dislocated my jaw when my mouth just dropped after seeing that.

It took a second for the picture to load and here I expected to see a dinged up ECB.

Awesome find. Congratulations!

It cleaned up real nice, I'll get the camera and take a pic of it "clean" and put up. Yea its heavy, I am guessing 75 pounds. Already sliced up a small little ham that we had in the fridge, nice job. Sure beats our old Sunbeam cheapy, but we won't get rid of it. Didn't even know this was one of the "misc." items they were discussing in the flier. I also got 3 big food tray racks that were stainless steel, 6'X3'x3', $20 bucks for all three. When I go these auctions I normally don't even go look at the misc items, but I saw this guy I owed a hello to and there it was. On the Hobart nobody bidded against me, got it for the open price. The racks started at $2 for all and there was 3 of us going for them. I was there for fence panels and other farm stuff. Didn't get nothing but the kitchen stuff. The Hobart has a dedicated spot on our food prep table. Got it at an auction last year, its waist high 6' long and 3' wide and stainless, don't remember what I paid for it. Wife wasn't happy at first, now she loves it. Going to an auction this Saturday with the intention of buying kitchen stuff. They have a bunch of commercial grade pans and stuff. Wife wants the muffin tins and canning stuff. I love auctions, never know who or what you will see. Sometimes the best part is watching city people pay high money for junk, unless that is, it was junk you wanted to bid on.

Balli, she ain't for sale. The auction was down in Pamona, wasn't listed in Green Acres, I found out about it by accident last night when I was buying diesel.

nice, a $10 hobart is kinda like a $50 ww2 jeep still in the crate or a $500 barn find hemi cuda convertable they always happen to other people, at least this time I can actually beleive it LOL
