Well we took a trip and rode around much of the southern states, ate lots of great food, talked to some people in a few BBQ joints and smokehouses / pits. So we got home a couple days ago and I had a brisket in the freezer. 17.5# trimmed it up SPOG and try to replicate 1 in particular I thought was pretty darn good... Put it on at midnight last night and away we go.
Also picked up some Jalapenos and thought I would take a crack at that. We used some whipped cream cheese ( all we had on hand) some crab meat and seasoned it up. see what happens later today when our friends show up.....
