Couple racks for dinner at daughters later.

Cut each one and being Sunday how bout a little gospel on em. Going in the bronco with hickory around noonish.

Went from 66* lastnight with thunderstorms down to 37* at rib time.

Ribs were a good one for the crew.
Windy and cold and bronco struggled to maintain 350 for the finish so I put a couple larger hickory logs in.

ok now add some butter

using some sugar for a sprinkle on top.

now cover and back on for 45 mins. after uncover and for 30 mins

2 trays and after 6 of us ate there were only 6 ribs left.
