Baby backs

So the wife is out of town, the in laws have the 3 older boys (5,3, and 2 yr old). I'm home alone with the 8 wk old twins so I thought I'd cook up some baby backs. Didn't take ore smoker photos, but man did these turn out good. About 4.5 hrs in the stick burner, no foil. Perfect tenderness, and flavor.
