So ... Picked up cryo vac package of Smithfield Baby Backs at my local SAMs Club. $26 for 3 racks about 2.5 each
Johnny Triggs Sweet Heat and Rib Tickler rub on the freshly "mustarded" racks
2 hours at 225-240 on my WSM..with a few chubs of Hickory..
Then the famous wrap.. Brown sugar, liquid parkay , clover honey and tiger sauce.. With a splash of apple juice.for 1.5 hours
Unwrapped and put on my 500 degree kettle with
Trigg finishing sauce ( tomato sauce, molasses and cane syrup...) to crisp up..
Took me 4 hours to make and the family 5 mins to eat...
Tomarrow .. Hots dogs and hamburgers. Going to let me smokers rest...
 
Would it be shallow of me to say nice rack?
