A beautiful day to smoke some HAWG MEAT! Going to do a couple of racks on the Bayou Classic stick burner. Will use my seasoned wild cherry wood sticks. Throwing some pork tenderloins on the Weber kettle and cook them like a steak. My favorite way. Got a couple of huge sweet potatoes (music roots) My grandmother always called them that. I asked her one time as a child why? She said cause they make you toot a tune!!! Pics will follow tonight.

All looks good, I just started a 7# flat and a 9.5# butt. Hoping the weather doesn't wipe it out.
