Going to store tomorrow, monthly visit,  local small chain, live very rural, don't get out much,  store 30 mile away, only choice here, Swift Cryo BB on sale for $1.99.

Will get as many racks as i  can for freezer ( two people here) probably 6 max("Limits") on sale.

In my opinion, BEST cut of the Pig, only next to the "Pork Rib Chop"  equivalent of beef " bone in Rib steaks"

WAYYYY better, VERY different than any other pork rib cut, for us anyway.

Very exciting, not being a Pork Luvr.

Just sharing my elderly excitement, that's all.

Gonna smoke them blendered pinapple/ honey sticky sauce,  less than FOB, REALLY do not like FOB  at ALL.   Marc

Well, due to health stuff and a tribe of 4 small dogs at home,  she does not get out much.

But, I do go w my Weird ( believe me) Uncle, lives a mile away, so he gets the limit in his order, and then I get it.     Marc

Found these marked as St. Louis style. Grabbed 4 racks. Love when they employ kids in meat dept and stuff gets mismarked
