Hello fellow smokers. Hope you all are doing well and paid your water bill. 😊
Baby back ribs and a 6lb turkey breast was on the menu. Seasoned the baby backs with my rib rub. Seasoned the turkey breast with brown sugar, garlic salt, celery salt, paprika, black pepper and cayenne pepper.
My WSM temp was set at 250 degrees. I used my DigiQ Dx2 for temperature control. Pear and cherry chunks where added for a pleasant smoke.

I just figured you liked the first cook so much. You decided to do it again. Excellent looking cook Justin, and a fine choice of beverage for the beer pole.

Point for sure
Chris

A darned fine cook Justin, well worth the time to view it twice, even three times! The beer pole could look even better if outfitted with a Rolling Rock! RAY

Fantastic looking stuff Justin!! Fantastic food all around but that turkey breast is screaming at me. Hard to beat a nice smoked breast like that.
My flux compasitor must not have enough jiga-watts.
We don't believe a word of that Professor Brown!! :emoji_laughing:

Looks awesome Justin! Both times!
Glad you were thinking with your beer pole...even if you fall down you'll still be able to reach your beer!
