B-Day Steak..................

Well , as usual , my luck is not helping me today... I wanted a Steak on the Grill and 'no propane' , so plan 'B' . on to the Griddle ... I got it set on 400*F , but you can't really know without a Surface therm. ( which I don't have )  ,  but when I hear it sizzle , I'll be happy...

mine  . Had a baked Tater , some Beets and a Cucumber and Onion salad...

I am in Protien overload , nothing but a bone left of a 1.3lb. Steak . I have little trimmings on the bone and I'll be picking that off tomorrow

I'm the opposite----I would chew the meat off the bone @ Dinner, and save a piece of steak without bone to go with my next morning's eggs, but Bears gotta be different.
