Auber WS-1510ELPM max temp ?

What is the highest temp that can be measured with the WS-1510ELPM multi purpose probe?

By default, the high temp alarm is at 290°F.
The max display temp is 752°F.
Is that also the max safe operating temp for the prode?

I know the K type thermocouple on the WS-1510DPMS can handel 900°F.

Just saw this , so maybe you have an answer already , but this is from the Auber web sight . Says max working temp 480 degrees F.

Auber customer service sent me the same info yesterday afternoon:
"The included temperature sensors (multi-purpose, sous vide) are rated as 480F."
