Found some BB on sale at the local grocery so scooped em up. Picked out the 2.5 lb’ers which from my experience is the key to not getting a bunch of loin meat.
Rubbed with a commercial rub called Incredible. Wanted something basic cause I glazed with an Asian glaze near the end (soy, honey, ginger). 250 or so for around 5 hours on the RecTeq. Wanted these FOTB which the family prefers and I don’t mind enough to fight.
plated with some jasmine rice and oven roasted Asian Brussels. Good meal
