I live in Northeast Arkansas and being so close to Memphis the bar is set pretty high for BBQ. Couple that with the fact my girlfriends family is from Kansas City and its double tough. I love smoking on my MES and I also have a Chargriller Duo with a firebox that I can cook on with indirect heat. Love all the creativity and willingness to share on this site and look forward to learning from everyone's expertise.

Hey Tony nice to have someone close by to bounce ideas off of. I have family in Little Rock and Conway so I'm up your way quite a bit. I like to stop off at the Mean Pig there in Cabot and pick up some of their hot bbq sauce to use on my wings. Any other local places I need to try?
